The location of the hotel is perfect, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Just a short walk away is a lovely area called "Maddison Square" where you can find popular eateries like "Eataly." The hotel is conveniently located next to an underground station, making it easy to explore popular destinations like Central Park, Times Square, and Soho/TriBeCa. For those who enjoy karaoke and casinos, there are facilities and activities available.

Felt privileged, no complaints.

The hotel's location was fantastic! I was within walking distance of major attractions like the Empire State Building and Times Square. Plus, the subway station was just a quick 2-minute walk away. Transportation couldn't have been more convenient. the room was cozy and clean, equipped with all the standard amenities like a coffee machine and TV.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location is central, the room bright and comfortable. Even if you can hear the street, the internal insulation is very good... Good bedding. Reversible air conditioning efficient and controllable!. 2 bottles of water every morning. Corner room at the 6th floor

The impersonal and unheated but competent service . Attention the breakfast is very far from the European standards. A take away: bowl of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, milk, tea, coffee. Anything else

The front desk area was undergoing construction, but despite the congestion, the staff remained friendly and welcoming.

The location is very good.

Cleanliness can be improved. The breakfast consists of cereals, milk, coffee, infusions, yogurt, apples and bananas. It is all on a small table and takes time to replenish when it is over.

Ideal and central location. Good room comfort, even with 4 people. Close to the metro. Jacuzzi in the bathtub.

the breakfast is indeed minimalist, but enough. some dysfunction in the room but tenable: tv blocked on a set, curtains hard to close, noise in the street quite late and early, but that's how it is in NYC!

The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a continental breakfast and small bed size, I would still recommend this hotel for its overall value and convenient location.

The breakfast has been ridiculous, scarce, little varied we have had to go to breakfast outside. Not proper for this hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was amazing - it was so convenient to be close to all the main attractions we wanted to visit while we were here. The service was also top-notch - we had access to amenities like dry cleaning, laundry, and even limousine service if we wanted it! The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even a mini-bar. We also appreciated the free toiletries - it meant we didn't need to pack as much stuff in our suitcases.

We had a little trouble finding food in the mornings since the dining area was under construction, but we were still able to grab a quick coffee or fruit if we needed it. we'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable stay in the city.

Good accommodation, simple and comfortable.

I paid for a triple room, they gave me a room that had 2 double beds, beds were very small, they slept 2 people very tightly.

The hotel is very well located for exploring Manhattan. The room was very comfortable and bright. We liked the charm of this early 20th century building. The bathroom was well modernized with a large shower. The toiletries are of very good quality.

The room lacks double glazing, which is painful for a room overlooking a major city street. The garbage men come by at 3:00! So earplugs are a must. The breakfast offered by the hotel will surprise the Europeans: coffee, tea and small boxes of cereals to take away. We went out to a dinner in the neighborhood for a real breakfast.

The location is perfect for spending a few days visiting New York.

The breakfast only offers coffee, yogurt, fruit (banana or apple) and cereals. Also, although in our reservation it was stated that all the supplements and fees were included and we let the reception know so, they did not make us pay an extra $200 of fees at the check out.

Nothing... everything is perfect.

The location is top in the heart of Manathan which makes it possible to do a lot of things on foot. Subway line nearby. Comfortable bedding.

The breakfast is disappointing with a few horn flakes and coffee, all the more disappointing as this is what had decided my choice for this hotel rather than another. The staff is not very welcoming and not very smiling. Room with outdated furniture.

A very small room. Scratched desk, broken air conditioning, broken phone - the staff confirmed it and did not take any further action.

The location close to everything on foot without the noise of times square... Good little restaurants around the hotel and a super market . at the end of the street, it's nice.
